Machu PIcchu at dawn
we left Aguas Calientes at 4 AM, climbed to the entrance to Machu Picchu ruins and dashed up to the terraces to wait on the sunrise. so worth the burn!

Dreaming in the Andes

Condors
we hiked to 9500 ft about 1.5 hrs out of Chonta to a bluff overlooking the Apurimac River to watch these majestic condors with a 9-ft wingspan effortlessly master the air currents
