River taxi 1000 miles up the Amazon River

Dreaming in the Andes
a number of years ago i worked in the province of yauyos in central peru. i hiked an hour from the small village of cochas to this ridge. this is where my affair began with peru. i love this country!

our disaster relief team deployed to Tuscaloosa to help with the tornado relief. i have worked a number of disasters around the world. this is some of the worst damage i have seen.
